In this page you can create, check and delete bulk payments. This page has two sections.
- A graphical resume of the money collected and the money remaing represented by a line. When the line reaches 0 you have collected all the money.
- A list of all the batches created during the date. You can check the details of that, delete them or resend the mesages of the payments.
Creating a batch
Clicking the "New batch" button on the upper right corner you can create new payment batches. There are two types of batches.
Creating a single payment batch with the form in the portal
You can create a single payment batch with the form of the portal. You have to fill the form with the required fields plus the "Description" field if you add a phone number.
Creating a batch with a CSV file
You can create a payment batch using a CSV file. In this link you have an example of the CSV file format.
Start a batch
Once you have created a batch this will be in the "Not initiated" state. When you start a batch a link to make the payment will be sended to each client by email or/and by phone message if this fields have been filled. When they open the link the cashub widget will appear.
